Herman 'Hank' Brooks II is the President of Crisis Management Global, LLC, a global organization which specializes in the management of unforeseen crises, risk avoidance, risk assessment, media training, and protecting the brand and reputation of companies and individuals around the world. Crisis Management Global, LLC offers expert counsel and consultants with various backgrounds from numerous industries to assist clients with their branding, and public relation needs. A political campaign manager for various candidates in Pennsylvania and Ohio, Hank also uses his strategic planning skill-set as a community activist and strategist. Certified in Lean Six Sigma Certification (Agile) and the Society of Human Resource Management, Hank is also a Project Management Professional and former Vice President of Operations in Real Estate Banking and Finance. Hank frequently speaks on the topic of Crisis Management and Strategic Planning in Theory as it pertains to Politics, Manufacturing Practices and Quality Controls. His most notable engagements occurred at Seton Hill University and Indiana University of Pennsylvania as well as other community forums local and abroad. Using his skills acquired as licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in Pennsylvania, Hank previously served as a volunteer firefighter with the Monroeville Fire Department House #5. Being an avid golfer, Hank has volunteered with First Tee of Pennsylvania, “a youth development organization introducing the game of golf and its inherent values to young people.” An alumnus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Hank is credentialed with a Master of Business Administration, two Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Management. Hank also was selected to participate in the Global Business Initiative/ Discover India- PES Institute of Technology- Bangalore, India- where he was introduced to and studied International Business Management as it relates to today's global economy. He is also a member of the nation’s first African-American fraternity established in 1906, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated and a graduate of Cleveland famed Benedictine High School, a catholic private school for young men.
